These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of my personal website, Graphy platform and the courses, digital products, ready-made resources, software tools, memberships, communities, webinars, masterclasses, consultations and freelance digital services that I make available through the platform.
For these Terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Paneendra Pani, and "you" and "your" refer to any visitor, learner, customer, subscriber, member, client or other person using the platform.
By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course, joining a membership or community, booking a consultation, attending a webinar, or using any service or resource provided through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Courses, learning programs, training materials, webinars, masterclasses and educational resources are provided for personal learning and development. Service consultations are intended to allow you to discuss your requirements, project ideas, digital challenges and potential solutions directly with me. Available booking times are subject to the schedule shown on the booking platform. A consultation does not automatically create a service contract unless the scope and terms are separately agreed.
I may provide services including website design, website development, WordPress work, application development, digital marketing, SEO, social media, graphic design, branding, advertising, automation, content-related work and other digital services.
Service delivery will depend on the agreed scope, requirements, timeline, communication, resources and project terms. Specific project agreements may contain additional conditions relating to deliverables, milestones, revisions, payment and cancellation.
Refunds, returns and cancellations are governed by my Refund & Return Policy. Because many of my offerings are digital or involve time being specifically reserved or work being started for a client, refund eligibility may be limited. Please review the Refund Policy and the relevant product or service terms before completing a purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, graphics, original images, videos, educational materials, templates, code, software-related materials, digital products, frameworks and other original content created or supplied by me remain my intellectual property or are used under appropriate licences.
Purchasing or accessing an offering does not automatically transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property to you.
My website and Graphy platform may contain links to third-party websites, software, payment gateways, social platforms, communication services, advertising platforms or external tools. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the policies, availability or practices of third-party services outside my control.
Information, courses, services, tools and resources provided through my platform are intended to support learning, digital development, business improvement and practical implementation. However, individual results may vary. I do not guarantee a specific amount of income, traffic, sales, rankings, followers, business growth or other outcome unless a specific result is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
I aim to keep my digital offerings available and functional, but access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technology failures, internet outages, third-party services, platform updates or events beyond my reasonable control.
I may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account, community, membership, digital product or other offering where there is a serious violation of these Terms, misuse of content, fraudulent activity, unauthorised sharing, abusive behaviour or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
Your use of the platform is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and protected in connection with the website, Graphy platform, purchases, services, memberships, communities and other interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, digital products, educational materials, services or third-party services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
I will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including significant internet or hosting outages, technology failures, natural events, government actions, cyber incidents, payment-service interruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in my services, digital offerings, Graphy platform features, business practices or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
